As of 09.06.2020 in line with the positive developments in the fight against the coronavirus in the Presidential Cabinet, the subjects of foreign nationals entering our country through the land, air and sea border gates and the exit of our citizens from our country were evaluated.

In this context;

1. Other provisions of our Circular, issued by our Ministry in the process of combating the Covid-19 epidemic and regulating the entry / exit of Turkish citizens and foreign nationals by air, land and sea, to the passengers in / out of Iran through the black border gates, have been repealed.

2. The process for air travel travel planning will be managed in coordination with the Ministries of Health, Foreign Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure. (Estimated Flight Starting Table)

3. Health check will be done to all Turkish citizens and foreign citizens who enter our country. PCR tests will be carried out free of charge in cases of symptoms and needs during health check, and the procedures and principles regarding this process will be determined by the Ministry of Health.

Within the framework mentioned above, entrance / exits to our country will be made on condition that the measures determined / determined by our Ministry, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and relevant public institutions and organizations are followed.

In the matters following the issue meticulously by the governors and border administrative authorities, ensuring cooperation and coordination between the institutions in charge and not causing any problems in practice.
